Kanban method for efficient warehousing

Thanks to a large warehouse of steel bars always in stock, and to a structured yet flexible organisation, we deliver rapid responses to customer requests, ensuring continuous production, zero downtime and maximum reliability.

On customer request we can implement kanban replenishment; this continuous-cycle mechanism keeps production lines constantly fed, eliminating warehouse surpluses and the related financial costs, and ensuring a consistent operational flow between our production and your logistics.

Advanced technologies for quality control: cleanliness and traceability

We place strong emphasis on technical cleanliness of components, maintaining clean, controlled processes that comply with the standards required by the most demanding sectors. Every part is handled with care to prevent contamination and to guarantee impeccable surfaces.

To ensure full traceability, we use precise and permanent laser marking systems: on customer request, each component is uniquely identified, allowing batch, material, process and production parameters to be traced rapidly.
