On the strength of a large, structured and well-organized environment, the Company guarantees competitive lead times and customized delivery plans.
To this end, it has chosen to dedicate a sector to the professional packaging and delivery service known as kanban: the Japanese term kanban (literally “sign”) indicates a system of management and reintegration of supplies as they are delivered. The flow, so organized, avoids the stock of warehouse and the deriving costs.
Prerequisites for the application of the method: repetitive production, and standardization of containers for the transfer of materials.
CIEFFE is therefore able to supply standard quantities of products at set intervals, based on data and forecast models provided by the customer.
